Collaborate Ribbon

OpenPlant Modeler now supports online collaboration between team members, architects, stake holders, project managers and others working on a project. The new Collaborate ribbon tab brings together collaboration tools for synchronization, issue resolution, clash detection and more so they are accessible from one location. This tab is available in the OpenPlant Modeler Drawing, General, Modeling and Visualization workflows.

iModelHub works in conjunction with a Connected Project which the project administrator will create and setup in the Bentley CONNECTION Center. Once a project is setup the Bentley Project Administrator is used to create a Workset and setup it to work with iModelHub. Once a WorkSet has been setup to iModelHub, a user can synchronize changes made to a local drawing sessions to it making those changes available to any user with permissions to login to the project.

Collaboration

	Associate Project to WorkSet Used to associate a Project to a WorkSet. Note: Available only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet but is not assigned a Project.
	Sync to iTwin Used to synchronize changes made in a DGN to an iTwin on the iModelHub. This tool launches the iTwin Synchronizer desktop application which is a cloud-based design collaboration tool. The Differencing dialog displays giving a brief summary of the components added, deleted or modified and prompts you for comments to accompany the update. A progress dialog displays whether the operation is successful or not. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a Connected Project.
	Attach iTwin Used to attach an iModel as a reference in a DGN. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a Connected Project.
	Create Issue Used to create and manage punch list items. A punch list item is an issue associated with an item documented using OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a Connected Project.
	Manage Issues Used to view and manage punch list items. A punch list item is an issue associated with an item documented using OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition or Bentley Navigator CONNECT Edition (desktop or mobile).
	Open iTwin Opens the iTwin in the iModelHub. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a Connected Project.
	Project Portal Opens the Projects page on the Connect Portal. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a Connected Project.

Clash Detection

	Clash Detection Allows you to identify sets of elements to be used for the detection of physical clashes and clearance problems between the elements. Also used to review, track, manage, group and save clashes.
	Previous Clash In the view window, displays the previous clash.
	Next Clash In the view window, displays the next clash.

Markup Tools

	Place Label Used to place labels.
	Place Note Used to place lines of text with a leader line and arrow, or a callout without a leader.
	Cloud By Points Used to place a revision cloud.
